Are HolidayCoro products "Plug and Play"?
We are sometimes asked are our products are "Plug and Play" and this article defines what HolidayCoro considers "Plug and Play".
- Controllers
- Applies to controllers listed as "Ready2Run" or "Ready to Run"
- What Ready2Run IS:
- Controller is fully assembled into an water resistant enclosure.
- All output cables, connectors and power plugs are fully attached
- All outputs are labeled as to function (voltage, output #)
- Controller has been fully factory tested as built to customer specification
- What Ready2Run is NOT:
- The controller is not "pre programmed" with any sequences, output configurations, IP address specific to customers computer or other per-project configuration
- NOTE: This does not apply to specific quotes which spell out that this configuration is provided
- Controller does not have any pre-made or configured sequences for shows or lights (excluding built-in test modes which we do not consider "sequences")
- Props / Coro / Nets or Other Mounting Solutions
- Applies to any product designed to hold lights sold by HolidayCoro
- We do not sell any "Ready2Run" pre-made props excluding matrix panels where installation of pixels is sold as a cost add on service
- NOTE: This does not apply to specific quotes which spell out that props will be installed, built or assembled on a custom basis
