HolidayCoro works with many commercial and institutional customers, including major theme parks, zoos, mega churches, and drive-through parks. The following outlines the discounts and payment terms available to approved commercial customers.
To qualify as a commercial customer with HolidayCoro:
The business must have a valid EIN
Orders must ship to a commercial address
Residential installers may qualify if they are a legally registered business entity
All purchases must be made from one HolidayCoro account
Multiple entities within the same organization are treated separately and do not combine volume
HolidayCoro reserves the right to approve or deny commercial status at its sole discretion.
Approved commercial customers may qualify for Net 30 payment terms under the following conditions:
Available to U.S.-based companies only
Must be approved prior to placing any orders
Applies only to orders over $1,000 (before shipping and sales tax)
Terms apply per order and are not retroactive
Have a valid and current D&B account
Approved commercial customers paying via ACH or bank draft (allow 4 days for clearance) may receive:
2.5% discount for cash-in-advance payment
This discount applies at time of payment and does not stack with other special discounts.
HolidayCoro offers annual volume rebates based on total qualifying purchases within a calendar year.
Rebate tiers (before shipping and sales tax):
$50,000 – $100,000
4% rebate (direct refund)
5% rebate (account credit)
$100,001 – $150,000
7% rebate (direct refund)
8% rebate (account credit)
$150,001 and above
9% rebate (direct refund)
10% rebate (account credit)
Rebates apply only to orders placed and shipped within the same calendar year
Rebates are calculated from regular-priced, stocked products only
Rebates are paid or credited during the last week December
Customers may choose to receive their credits either as:
Direct refund (issued via ACH or check), or
Account credit for future purchases
The following do not qualify toward volume rebate totals:
Special or negotiated discounts
Advanced bulk container pricing
Any orders already discounted outside of standard pricing including free-shipping offers
Non-stock or special-order items (unless explicitly approved)
Discounts and rebates do not stack unless expressly stated in writing by HolidayCoro.
