Can HolidayCoro Sponsor My Mini or Event or Donate or Discount Equipment for My Project?
Due to the community oriented nature of holiday decorating, we receive a fair number of requests throughout the year for sponsorship or donation of items for minis, Academy's and other informal "get togethers". Like most other companies - we have specific budgets for marketing and promotional activities and we want to target those funds to the events that will result in the greatest exposure and return for our marketing investment.
Event Sponsorship
Our general guidelines for sponsoring an event are:

Confirmed/paid attendance of over 100 people, including any organizational staff members

Events offering organized workshop/classes. Is there a class that shows how to build a product? How to utilize a product? If so, let us know the details or ideally, send us the outline or class slides.

A copy of any legal contracts required by your event

A link to your events website (or the details of your event - date, time, costs, location, schedule of workshops/classes)

The name, phone number and email address for a single contact person handling sponsorship requests

Costs associated with sponsorship including levels of sponsorship
Any deadline dates for payments or shipping address for product giveaways
While "door prizes" are common for many events, generally we like to work closer with the event so we can sponsor hardware used during demos and interactive educational classes.
Discounts, Donations and Product Sponsorship
We receive many requests for donations or discounts for art, school, non-profit and other organizations and while we would love to be able to provide free or discounted equipment to these projects, there are limits to what we are able to sustainably support. Like other for-profit organizations, we need to realize a end-goal of a return on investment. Here are some examples of projects and driving factors in selecting sponsorship:
- TV / Youtube or Other Similar Media - Generally this requires a guaranteed "mention" or credit, either trailing or direct video / audio of the product with mention of use.
- Projects / Art Installs / Municipal Installs - Listing of HolidayCoro as a sponsor in such a way as to having a reasonable likelihood of driving traffic or sales of product.
