ISSUE:  The screen on your AlphaPix Classic or the screen/buttons on your AlphaPix Evolution or Hinkspix PRO is not fully operational.

SOLUTION:  First determine if the screen or buttons are actually not functional.  If you have an existing controller with the same screen or button board, swap them to see if the problem follows the board (the board is bad) or stays with the controller (something wrong with the controller).
